The Nakal or Records or Rights (ROR) provides details on survey number, area, cultivation type, crops grown, loans taken on land, owner's name, etc. The digitialized version of nakal allows users to access the details online. Find below the step by step procedure to obtain/view Nakal.

The nakal document can be accessed through the Apna Khata official website.
Visit the map link. This link will provide the map of Rajasthan.
Select the district in which the property is located.
The next screen will show a map of various Tehsils located within the city. Select the tehsil in which property is located.
The name of the Tehsil and district (Jila) will be shown at the top of the table.
Choose the Jamabandi year (Jamabandi Varsh). There are two options
- Previous year- 'Gat'
- Current year - 'Chalu'
Both options will show a different list of villages and years.
Select the village you are interested in.
The next screen will show form 13.
Select the detail by which you would like to search for the nakal number. You could search for it using Khata number, Khasra number, name or Samast Khata.
Select one of the options and enter the detail. Click on the below button i.e. the button that says 'Nakal Prapt Karein' which means 'Fetch ROR'.
You can check the ROR or nakal online. However, in order to avail an authorized copy of Nakal, you would need to contact the government Kiosks which are also mentioned in the website.
