Investing in land is a huge investment and one that needs to be carefully done. A lot of planning around the documentation and finance goes in before purchasing the land. Today, we will look at ways to confirm whether the land that you are purchasing is a private land or a government land being sold as private land.

Poramboke land implies that the land is outside revenue records and hence cannot be considered as a part of revenue records. Based on this categorization, a land could be a government poramboke land, a natham land or a private land.

Click on the 'Verify Poramboke Land' and in the next page, enter the required details in the below page.

After entering the district, taluk, village, survey number and sub-division number, click on the submit link. The screen will display whether the land is a private land, government poramboke land or natham land.
