Sale Agreement Registered 12 year back now buyer a 5 months 3 weeks ago #8868

I purchased the property in 2005 in Navi Mumbai. The Sale Agreement was duly registered after paying appropriate stamp duty and registration fee.
Obtain Housing Loan From DHFL, which is give the seller. The flat possession was taken in 2005. The flat is in possession with me since then.
Now I am planing to resale it buyer is asking for sale deed. I dont understand issue as I have already registered sale agreement and proper stamp duty registration. Even bank has given loan morgage my property. New buyer's advocate is asking for sale deed. I don't know how to get it. And if it is important than how I got loan from DHFL.

Please help.

Hi Riyazali,

When purchasing a property, you should ahve signed a registered sale deed. That is what the new buyer is looking for. Purchase of a property without sale deed is invalid.

Sale agreement is normally signed during the advance payment. During the complete payment of remaining amount. a sale deed is normally signed.
