Are they taking bookings for platinum Corp. What rate they are quoting nowdays? DN Nagar, Upper Juhu

Hi Sharon,

I believe the current rate is 20K + 100 rs per floor rise. You need to add parking cost and development cost i.e. around rs. 16 lakhs in total.

Haha, Seriously ? Just 16lacs ? Any evidence. Also one more thing is it safe to buy with them? Havent heard about them before but seen the advertisement in the newspaper also their Facebook page looks quite good and neat!

Last but not the least the prices have increased it shows on their facebook page.

I dont understand whats really going on?

Hi Sharon,
Planning to Visit their site office on this weekend, but i already spoke to the sales team on Wednesday! they seem quite genuine people! Also what i liked the most amongst whatever he said was that currently there is pre-launch offer so 0%Interest. And just have to pay 10% on booking. Said for more details to come down on site office and also that Sample flat is ready so can have a look! Lets see, what happens next.

their new advt. has anyone seen this? So much they spending! Ivisited their sit office yertdy was so crowded! actually it looks good but rooms r quite compact

Recently visited Platinum corp site office, looks much better than i visited 6 months back. Good Improvements. Plus they mentioned they have some big surprise gift for whoever does the booking of a home with them. since they r completing a year of the construction this month. Feels like its a good place to invest in. Plus the location seems to be good. Any suggestions?
