TOPIC: JV for demolish and reconstruction of apartment

JV for demolish and reconstruction of apartment 9 months 2 days ago #8483

Currently it is 14 flats apartment and 2 are kept for car parking. We want to enter in JV to go for 16 flats, with 2 flats for builder to sell.
The construction cost at Rs.2000/- per sq ft can be had by the sale of 2 flats which the builder gets.
What will a builder expect as a profit in a JV, can it be quantifiable, as that has to be paid by the current owners.

Thanks

Normally, it's a return in terms of percentage and varies from builder to builder.
