TOPIC: Setback for multilevel basement

Setback for multilevel basement 1 month 4 weeks ago #8869

We 03 neighbours have decided to merge our small properties and construct one new commercial complex after demolition of existing building. Combined plot size is 80'x67'=5360' sq ft. Road facing 80' and depth of 67'. Road width is around 40 feet. Our property is located in Chickpet area, on main road & around 300 mtrs from Chickpet metro station. Can we construct two level of basements. What is the setback requirement. Is there any extra setback for two level of basement. Thanks.
