I'm Sunil. I have a 30/40 size property in Kamalanagara, Bangalore. Plot is in my Mom's name (Malliga). This property was bought in the year 1981 but it was not registered then. It was bought as a GPA holder (Sale agreement) and we registered the plot in the year 2013. We are paying the Tax and Khatha from the year 1981. In both Tax statement and Khatha Certificateit is mentioned as "Malliga (Holder)". Planning to construct a home obtaining Home loan now. To approve the loan, Bank is asking for new Khatha without "Holder" is mentioned along with my mom's name. How to obtain a new Khatha in my mom's name excluding Holder in it. I have attached the Khatha Certificate for your reference. Please help. Thanks!
No, they are asking for new Khatha where just my Mom''s name should be mentioned without holder being there next to her name in Khatha certificate. Pleas check the attachment in my first post for reference.
