I have a property in bangalore city. Myself and couple of my friends has jointly constructed a 3 floors of house on a 1500 sqftsite. One of the friend has backed out at final stage of construction. I have invested for the land and for the construction my other friends has invested. Out of which one of them has left and remaining only one. My other friend has paid his share of investment back to him. . Ground floor is a duplex which he has occupied and second floor is given on lease. and the third floor is occupied by me. Now i wish to register the ground floor in his name or should we make a rental cum construction loan agreement. pls advice we what is the best without paying heavy tax and getting into other legal hurdles, if possible pls suggest the rental cum construction loan agreement format also.
