Hi,

I am planning to buy an apartment from Urban Lake Front project by Inner Urban Infra.
They gave me a BBMP approved plan which is a modification sanction. It shows "Permissible FAR" 1.75 and "Achieved FAR" 2.31. Similarly some violation in Covered Area. Will it still be a A-Khata Property ? I have attached a screen shot from the plan showing the details.

If there is a violation then the property might not get a khata.

hello sir,
My site is in the main road of bangalore-hyder abad highway, yelahanka. it is 1,35,242sqm (33.41acres)
i want to have a mixed land use (a institution, mall and service apartments) sir. what would be the FAR for this area?
it is located in the 3rd ring
and please give some ideas about setbacks to be considered to sir?

Hi Sneha,

Is the land registered as mixed land use? If it is, only then you would be able to use it for these mixed purposes.

O. Does it show in patta as mixed land use or residential land? In residential land you can't construct a mall.
